Our Products<\/span>Milk Protein Concentrates<\/span><\/h2>

Applications:<\/strong> production of cheese, yogurt, dairy beverages, sports nutrition, functional and dietary foods, protein bars, and clinical nutrition.<\/p>

MPC 40<\/strong>
Milk protein concentrate containing around 40% protein. Mainly used in fermented dairy products and functional foods. Provides good texture, taste, and nutritional value.<\/p>

MPC 50<\/strong>
A balanced milk protein concentrate with versatile applications. Popular in the production of drinking yogurts, dairy desserts, and protein beverages. Characterized by a mild taste and high solubility.<\/p>

MPC 56<\/strong>
A protein-rich concentrate ideal for applications requiring higher protein content while maintaining the natural properties of milk. Used in sports nutrition and high-protein bars. Supports muscle mass development.<\/p>

MPC 60<\/strong>
Contains about 60% protein \u2013 ideal for high-protein dairy products and sports drinks. Also used in dietary foods and instant products. Improves consistency, nutritional value, and stability of the final product.<\/p>

MPC 70<\/strong>
A high-protein concentrate with excellent functional and nutritional properties. Used in high-protein yogurts, cheeses, protein bars, and clinical nutrition. Provides an excellent balance between protein content and the preservation of natural milk components.<\/p>

MPC 85<\/strong>
The highest protein concentration in the range \u2013 about 85%. Ideal for professional sports supplements, dietary products, and medical nutrition. Characterized by very good digestibility, neutral taste, and high stability.<\/p><\/div>
