Polsero has been producing a variety of milk products for major food processors since 1993. Today, Polsero produces skimmed and full fat powdered milk, concentrates of milk proteins, whey protein and a variety of casein products, including acid casein and several types of caseinates.
In addition we produce customized blends for manufacturers of sweets and ice cream, athletic nutrients and baby food. Major food companies in Europe and throughout the world trust Polsero to meet their requirements.
